Return/Refund Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. (Shipping may take up to 7-10 business days if there is a stock issue.)

All items are shipped via DHL. Normal shipping time is approximately 4-6 business days. (BLONDE/COLORED HAIR TAKES LONGER)

Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

BLACK ANGELS HAIR isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with DHL. BLACK ANGELS HAIR does not hold responsibility for any packages that state have been delivered.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting DHL.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 2 p.m., it will begin processing the next business day. Saturday or Sunday orders will also begin processing on the next business day.

Business days are Monday-Friday.

Returns: All items must be returned to BLACK ANGELS HAIR. Within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unworn or unwashed in the bundle and in its original packaging. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied and no refunds will be given.

Payments will be refunded to your original payment method (i.e. credit/debit card, Paypal) will require an additional handling & processing fee of $6.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange: No exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS BLACK ANGELS HAIR’S FAULT!
